Code of conduct
All of the greatest moment we have in this life comes from the perception of how we try to give our all to something we are doing. The only thing that allows us to feel free to do something is the expectation. As we experience more of what we expect, we slowly create a desire for having a next turn.
After a long way
thinking of how the system works, I came to realize that a column of
misunderstanding can’t be mixed with a column of understanding for better
result, thus each must be aligned for betterment. How did it sound? So simple
to you but it is not what it is. Take a deep breath and rethink about it again.
This wasn’t a simple
thought to me, here I’ve learnt that you can’t get the best when you still mix
clear with unclear mind. Far from the comfort is where the best comes. In the
modern world, the working system significantly changed to a critical system
that requires a less effort, innovative and strategic approach. This is working
smart. This reflects realities where thinking is replacing forcing or what we
gave another meaning; push.
The modern world is
telling us to shift from don’t fight the system, to adapt the system. Stop
working hard and start working smart. The essence of success in this modern
world where technology, efficiency and information are essential does not lies
in pushing more but adapting more.
In addition, I’ve came understand
how everything in this world work by applying a simple rule of win - win
principle. To figure out this you just have to minimize being good at being
available. You have to create space for yourself and yours by always thinking
about this simple question before giving yourself into something. The question
is, ‘’what is in it for me?” With the right answer here, you have to make sure
you do the best thing you should be doing, thus creating more productive time
than you usually did. If this sound simple give it the right tone and stock,
you'll understand more.
For you get better by
not what you are earning instead of what you are becoming, we have to
prioritize long term vision than present satisfactions. Don’t focus on keeping
that smile; don’t focus of keeping that good look but focus on becoming that
happy clean person. With this, you let the best version out of yourself and yet
to receive the better on that highest peak you could reach.
Unfortunately, it
scares me more whenever people start complaining that their period spent on job
or certain task doesn’t corresponds to what they are receiving. Not because
they aren’t right but because there is another pill to swallow about the
philosopher of taking and giving. The pill is, ‘’you will always get paid for
the value you bring to the market place, not the period you spend at the market
place.
Henceforth, you have to
keep your head high and work on yourself than you work on your job. This is
because the qualification you have might stand for you but it won’t do as you
production can. Thus, most people suffer because they spent more effort on the
job than they had to spend on themselves. This is driven by the blindness of
enjoyment that makes people forget their direction, vision and missions. People
just get stuck when they start earning little to what they expected because
they weren’t focused on what is coming or what might come than what they are
gaining. This is primarily due to the fact that people still believe in college
skills than personal skills.
Moreover, there is
still one of the heartbreaking that we all face but can’t fight or get the way
to withstand. This is, when we don’t make it happen people just think we are
lazy or we never tried. It isn’t worthy being driven by fear but at least
considering it can save you from much unnecessary shit that could ruin you.
Don’t pressure yourself
because style is the answer to everything. Discover your style, think about it,
make plans in it, invest in it, believe in it and work in it. Just be clear
with your uniqueness and vision. In everything you do, you are driven by faith
driven from the vision you got, with more/enough reason to, then how to do will
always be easier than you thought.
