From sadness to hapiness

Depending on your present situation, you can think that happiness is something that is very far from you. Happiness can’t be found somewhere; it is just created. We create happiness depending on how we feel things we are doing.

Feeling angry and becoming sad is something normal. We face different things everywhere we go and some of them makes us become happy or angry and others changes nothing at all. The concentration that we give to things we get involved in, determines the mood that we feel enjoying it.

As we like different things, we also have different ways to react to the present situation. Here everything depends on how you expect things to happen. Whatever made you sad, it can also be balanced. Spending more time thinking about the reason why you aren’t happy won’t let you anger pass away.

To regain your happiness and get rid of anger, you need to do the following; 

1,       Be calm and relax,
2,        Free your mind,
3,        Avoid noisy places and move to silent one, 
4,        Think less on what made you sad,
5,        Think more on what you like (examples: hobbies, your best moments, your beloved ones, …),
6,        Try to get in touch with people you love (parents, family, boy/girlfriend, best friends, mates, …), 
7,         Watch or read funny things like comedy.

Just remember that happiness won’t come after you, you have to create it.

Happy life depends on happy moments and that happiness makes everything good.
